Terms of delivery

DELIVERY

We ship orders worldwide and the customer pays any customs duties and taxes. We will send orders by mail or package. We reserve the right to change prices and postage. The subscriber must be 18 years of age or have the guardian’s consent given by email.

SHIPPING COSTS

We ship worldwide and delivery costs are dependent on your delivery country and the weight and the size of the parcel. We combine postage if you order more products, please contact us.

We deliver the products directly to the address given on the order. Remember to check that your address is correct. We also deliver orders as a gift, be sure to indicate the address of the recipient at the time of the order and mention about it for us.

PAYMENTS

We offer secure payments through PayPal and credit cards.  

DELIVERY TIME

The order time is 1-3 days, but we will post your order as soon as possible. If your order is in a hurry, please remember to mention it when ordering. We are not responsible for any delays caused by mail or customs. If delivery is delayed, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.

RETURNS

All purchases made on our website are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. You can either change the product or get your money back if you wish. Remember that the product to be returned must be unused and in a new condition

Note. earrings do not have the right to return for hygiene reasons.

Please note that the refund is paid by the customer. Please check that the products you have returned have the required postage paid. We do not accept postage-free refunds. If you get the wrong product from us, we will replace Shipping costs.

A notification of a defective delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will refund the incorrect products. If you would like to return a product, please contact us by email info(at)taikalandia.com.

If the package / letter is lost or damaged during shipping, always make a damage statement to the post office. Taikalandia is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
