Where’s my order?

Is there nickel in jewelry?

All of our jewelry accessories are nickel free.

Can I order products directly as a gift to the recipient’s address?

Yes, you can. Please let us know when ordering, so we will not place a receipt according to your order.

The item I ordered is broken in the mail, what can I do?

Immediately contact the post office and make a damage statement. Taikalandia is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

I got the wrong product, what can I do?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and we will replace the defective product.

I want to restore my order, what can I do?

Products have a 14-day return policy. First contact us by email before you return your product. Please note that the refund is paid by the customer.
